The beginning of Prometheus shows us one of the engineers on a beautiful barren planet. The atmosphere is like a cool lens of ice blue. There are collections of glaciers resting among mountain peaks. Mists float upward from thermal vents and warm pools. Finally we see the beginning of plant life growing around cool lakes.
