The Northman (2022) is a film retelling of the saga of Amlóð (Amleth), the direct inspiration for Shakespeare’s famous play Hamlet.
It is the most accurate representation of Úlfhéðnar to be put into film, and a faithful portrayal of Viking culture.
The Northman is available to watch on most streaming services.
